Official Giveaway Rules

Welcome to the Mirza Babic Photography giveaway! Please read the following rules carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Engaged and planning a wedding.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Residents within a 50-mile radius of Jackson, TN.
• Employees, affiliates, and family members of Mirza Babic Photography are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

• Like the giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram.
• Tag at least 2 friends in the comments of the post.
• Submit the entry form on the giveaway page: https://www.mirzababic.com/giveaway.
• Optional: Share the post to your story for an extra entry.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on January 13, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on February 3, 2025. All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following:

• 1 hour session with Mirza Babic Photography.
• 15+ professionally edited photos.
• An online gallery for sharing and downloads.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced on February 5, 2025, via Facebook and email.
• The winner will be contacted via email and/or direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

6. Terms and Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to allow Mirza Babic Photography to use their name and image for promotional purposes.
• The engagement session must be scheduled within 6 months of the winner announcement.
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Jackson, TN.

7. Privacy

Participant information collected for the giveaway will not be shared or sold to third parties. Information will only be used for the purposes of this giveaway and related promotions.
